We needed a diversion. Having been obsessing over TA, CA, and when, if, how we might meet our daughter, we needed to enjoy all God has already given us. There is nothing like a trip to the amusement park to keep your mind off all the 'what ifs' of life.
We enjoyed the screams, the candy, the waves, the sun, the views, and most of all the company.
They pretty much smiled until we said it was time to leave.

I was driving with the 'safe' driver, who did not want to go too fast. Fortunately, that allowed our competition to get close enough for the camera.
This simple ride is actually scare. It feels like you are floating in air - which means you could stop floating at any minute.
This makes me so happy ... the 8 year old tries to pretend he doesn't like the characters, but I now have proof that he is NOT too cool to give hugs.
The end of a great day.
