Long Weekend Adventure #3: Training

I was not up for the Memorial Day Parade.  Not surprisingly, we did something new.

The Murphy - In Honor of 'Murphy' who served in Afghanistan.

The Murphy is:
1-Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1-Mile Run.

We did it.  Well I did it.  They did a version of it.

It was awesome.

This was not enough for the boys.  At the end of the day we visited a new Parkour center.

It was awesome.
